Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Sr. Consultant to drive growth by actively participating in account acquisition and retention, performing risk evaluations, and delivering risk improvement plans for multinational and domestic accounts.

The role involves writing reports, communicating complex safety regulations, and collaborating with underwriting and other teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Remote-friendly with a focus on loss prevention and risk engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree; focus on Occupational Safety & Health or Risk Management preferred.
• 5 years of experience in the insurance and/or general industry.
• Minimum 3 years of loss prevention experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk evaluations for Multinational and Domestic accounts and create written risk reports.
• Develop and market consultative service plans to reduce loss exposure.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Marketing, Claims and other MSIG units to ensure client needs are met.
• Assist in large loss investigations with Claims and promote risk engineering services.
