Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Risk, Compliance and Audit professional to partner with business lines and RCA leadership to implement and oversee an effective risk framework. You will identify and drive resolution of regulatory and operational risks, support audits, and deliver executive dashboards to communicate trends and control effectiveness.

The hybrid/flexible role requires 3+ days in-office at Minneapolis or listed locations; strong collaboration and governance experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and governance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Lines of Business and RCA to maintain an effective risk framework.
• Identify, assess, escalate, and drive resolution of operational and regulatory risks.
• Develop executive dashboards and risk metrics for governance discussions.
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and issue management activities.
