Job summary

RBC US Wealth Management is expanding its credit, lending and cash management capabilities. As a Risk Advice Senior Manager, Business Risk Oversight, you will provide risk guidance to product managers and business owners within Wealth Management, applying professional judgment to solve complex risk scenarios through cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead risk- and policy-related initiatives, collaborate with Compliance, Law Group and Enterprise Group Risk, and support governance

Qualifications

> 6 years in risk/compliance or product management in credit/lending/cash management
> Strong verbal and written communication skills
> Exceptional problem solving and leadership with conflict deescalation
> Excellent organizational skills and multitasking
> SIE exam or eligibility within 180 days of employment

Responsibilities

Evaluate regulatory, legal, operational and other risk considerations to enable business within RBC's risk appetite
Develop policy requirements and design controls and supervisory procedures
Provide guidance on Enterprise risk governance requirements
Lead and participate in risk- and business-driven projects
Collaborate with Compliance, Law Group and Enterprise Group Risk teams
