Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Risk Manager for the Inventory Trust, Inventory Evaluation team in Seattle. You will lead programmatic clearance of bad actor and risky inventory across global marketplaces, driving scalable evaluation and disposition workflows to protect customers and the Amazon supply chain.

You'll partner with Legal, Compliance, Enforcement, and Operations, define clearance strategies, and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programmatic clearance of bad actor and risky inventory across global marketplaces.
Design and scale inventory evaluation mechanisms and disposal thresholds to counter fraud.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Enforcement, and Ops to resolve complex inventory holds.
Develop metrics to show clearance velocity and dwell time; use data to drive decisions.
Create escalation paths for aged/high-value inventory with leadership to speed resolution.
Identify gaps and drive innovative processes to reduce manual intervention.
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Partner with teams to share intelligence and synchronize enforcement actions.
