Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with insurance-related activities (purchasing, claim reports, analysis, vendor management).
• ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct an RPSNA risk program and transfer of risk.
• Oversee audits of partner companies and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead development and improvement of insurance and claims best practices.
• Mentor and coach RPSNA personnel on insurance access and use.
• Educate business partners through effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and manage resolution of issues.
