Job summary

Amcor Evansville, IN is seeking a Sr. Risk Manager to lead risk management for North America Rigids Packaging Solutions. You will develop and direct programs to transfer risk, manage claims, and forecast losses, ensuring compliance and alignment with Amcor's values.

You will guide audits, mentor staff, educate partners, analyze root causes, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships across the organization and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with insurance activities (purchasing, claim reports, analysis, and vendor management).
• ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct an RPSNA program to ensure transfer of risk and handling of claims, gathering data on claims for records and loss forecasting.
• Oversee audits of partner companies and manage service level agreements and stewardship meetings.
• Plan, pilot, implement and improve insurance and claims best practices across RPSNA operations.
