Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sr. Risk Manager to lead risk management for North America’s RPSNA. You will develop and direct the program to transfer risk, manage claims data, and forecast losses. You’ll audit partner companies and drive continuous improvement across insurance practices.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and collaboration, with up to 30% travel. A Bachelor's in Finance/Business and 7+ years of insurance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with insurance-related activities (purchasing, claim reports, analysis, and vendor management).
• Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct an RPSNA risk program to ensure proper transfer of risk and handling of claims.
• Gather data on claims for record keeping and loss forecasting; estimate financial value of claims.
• Oversee audits of partner companies to meet contractual SLAs; conduct stewardship meetings.
• Lead, mentor, and coach RPSNA personnel on insurance access and processes.
