Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sr. Risk Manager to lead risk and insurance activities for North America RPSNA. You will mitigate exposure by directing best practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with teams to reduce losses.

You will develop a comprehensive risk transfer program, oversee audits of partner companies, and drive continuous improvement in insurance practices across RPSNA operations. up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience with insurance activities (purchasing, claim reports, analysis, vendor mgmt).
• ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct an RPSNA risk transfer program and manage claims data.
• Oversee audits of partner companies and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead insurance best practices, drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Mentor RPSNA personnel on insurance access and use.
• Educate business partners through effective communication.
• Perform root cause analysis from audit findings and drive resolutions.
• Complete risk assignments accurately and on time.
• Suggest enhancements to processes and procedures.
• Maintain relationships across the RPNSA organization.
