Luster National is seeking experienced Risk Managers to support large, complex heavy civil programs across highways, bridges, transit, aviation, and water projects. You will run program risk, maintain the risk register, quantify cost and schedule exposure, and set contingency positions for funding agencies and boards.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of risk leadership on major infrastructure, CPM knowledge, and proficiency with risk analytics tools plus Power BI dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, construction engineering, or engineering management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of risk management experience on large (> $500M) heavy‑civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops and maintaining a program risk register across project lifecycle.
• Experience running quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis and translating results into contingency guidance.
• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling and cost forecasting to validate exposure in risk registers.
• Experience with risk analysis and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, Deltek Acumen Fuse, @Risk, Primavera P6).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain risk management plan, process, and governance aligned with contracts and funding standards.
• Lead risk identification and assessment workshops with staff, designers, and contractors.
• Quantify cost and schedule exposure via Monte Carlo or similar simulations and propose contingency recommendations.
• Review baseline schedules for logic and float, ensuring schedule exposure matches risk register.
• Track mitigation actions and hold owners to dates; escalate when stalled.
• Evaluate change proposals and time impacts to support negotiation with quantified findings.
• Review risk allocations in contracts and recommend best-risk ownership.
• Reconcile risk with cost forecasts and change logs; report exposure via dashboards and briefs.
• Coordinate risk across third‑party interfaces and keep critical facilities operating during construction.
• Prepare risk and contingency sections for funding submittals and board packets; defend assumptions.
• Calibrate models to outcomes, benchmark contingencies, and improve risk processes.
