Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking an Account Executive to manage marketing and service processes for large Risk Management/National accounts. You will coordinate brokerage teams, analyze quotes, and drive renewal submissions while delivering exceptional client service and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualified candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree, a license, and 10+ years in commercial insurance with large accounts, plus strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substantial experience may substitute.
• State license required.
• 10+ years of commercial insurance with large accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher).
• Travel to client and prospect meetings up to ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate brokerage teams, risk control, claims, and financial lines services.
• Manage annual renewal processes and prepare renewal submissions.
• Present results at renewal meetings and client presentations.
• Analyze quotes and data, create client presentations and spreadsheets.
• Oversee implementation and ensure documentation accuracy.
