Job summary

The Baldwin Group in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to manage marketing and service processes for our largest and most complex Risk Management/National accounts. You will coordinate brokerage teams and oversee renewal submissions and client meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a state license, 10+ years of commercial insurance with large accounts, and strong communication. Some travel (~20%) is expected, with optional remote work depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• State license is required.
• 10+ years of commercial insurance work experience with large accounts is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking & time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher).
• AI knowledge a plus.
• AE work and broking/placement experience a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate brokerage teams, risk control, claims, financial lines and ensure service delivery.
• Establish and monitor renewal timelines for annual client renewals.
• Assist with renewal meetings and present results to client contacts.
• Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary.
• Analyze complex financial data and quotes; prepare submissions and spreadsheets.
• Oversee implementation and review documents for accuracy; direct revisions as needed.
