Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or infrastructure-related coverage (energy, construction, data centers preferred).
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines (property, GL, builder’s risk).
• Experience with brokers, carriers, and complex insurance programs.
• Familiarity with construction insurance and project-based coverage structures.
• Ability to review and interpret contracts and insurance provisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain corporate insurance programs (property, casualty, liability, construction-related).
• Support procurement and renewal of policies, data gathering and underwriting submissions.
• Coordinate with brokers and carriers to evaluate coverage and pricing.
• Manage claims from initiation to resolution with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze claims trends to reduce risk and cost.
• Ensure insurance requirements for large infrastructure projects are met.
