Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or risk-management field.
• 10+ years of insurance experience (general liability strongly preferred).
• Experience in nuclear energy, nuclear pharmacy, construction, utilities, or insurance brokerage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage TerraPower's corporate and project-specific insurance lines (property, casualty, professional liability, etc.).
• Oversee enterprise risk management governance and annual risk assessments.
• Provide executive reports on ERM program status to committees and the Board.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and contracts to negotiate insurance provisions in agreements.
• Lead training and education initiatives on insurance concepts for project teams.
