Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Risk Manager in the United States to lead insurance programs, enterprise risk management, and loss mitigation for a growing renewable energy portfolio. You will collaborate with lenders, insurers, and internal leaders to protect financial interests and strengthen portfolio resilience.

Responsibilities include overseeing renewals, insurance placement, and claims coordination, while actively modeling risks and reporting to executives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Insurance, Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years in insurance, risk management, renewable energy, infrastructure, or power generation.
• Experience managing complex insurance programs, coverage structures, and claims processes.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts, policy structures, exclusions, and coverage requirements.
• Experience working with insurance brokers, carriers, lenders, and legal teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess complex risks and develop mitigation strategies balancing commercial objectives.

• Lead annual insurance renewals and broker negotiations.
• Develop and implement insurance placement strategies to optimize coverage and cost of risk.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, consultants, and advisors.
• Review policies, terms, exclusions, and contractual language for alignment with risk objectives.
• Benchmark coverage and costs against industry standards and maintain portfolio insurance schedules.
• Coordinate insurance reporting with lenders/investors and ensure documentation of compliance.
• Identify emerging risks and develop practical mitigation strategies for portfolio resilience.
