Job summary

Truist seeks an experienced leader to oversee risk-based governance design and implementation across the enterprise. You will coordinate oversight of policies, limits and committees, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance/communications or related field.
• 10+ years in financial services or risk management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance frameworks for risk-based governance materials.
• Oversee policies, limits and committees to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Coordinate across business units to implement governance structures.
• Support Head of Policy Management and Governance with policy development and monitoring.
• Identify risk governance exceptions and escalation paths.
• Support enterprise-wide governance systems and records.
• Develop and deliver risk governance trainings and communications.
• Monitor quality assurance of governance processes across units.
