Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative leadership and build relationships across the user base for enterprise governance materials.
• Drive implementation of a multi-level governance document structure and inventory for governance materials.
• Support and maintain enterprise-grade systems of record via relationship management, user support, QA and administration.
• Aggregate, analyze, and escalate risk governance reporting to business functions and risk committees.
• Design and implement forward-looking, risk-based governance frameworks and processes.
• Identify, monitor, and remediate risk governance exceptions and emerging trends.
• Support stakeholder training and communications on risk governance.
• Oversee ongoing QA for system-of-record processes.

• Provide consultative leadership and develop working relationships across the user base for enterprise-wide systems of record for governance materials
• Drive implementation and execution of a multi-level governance document structure and comprehensive inventory for defined governance materials
• Support, maintain, and develop enterprise-wide systems of record through relationship management, vendor management, user assistance/troubleshooting, quality assurance/control activities, and system administration
• Aggregate, administer, analyze, monitor, and *escalate* risk governance reporting to business functions and enterprise-level risk committees
• Support the design, implementation, and execution of forward-looking, risk-based frameworks, processes, and systems for governance materials
• Identify and monitor risk governance exceptions, issues, and emerging trends and drive remediation, acceptance, or escalation
• Support development and delivery of risk governance stakeholder training and communications
• Support ongoing monitoring and quality assurance/control activities for system-of-record user processes and functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications or equivalent education and related training
• 5+ years of financial services or risk management experience or demonstrated equivalent proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with ability to interact and communicate across functions and levels of organization
• Strong analytical, cognitive, conceptual, critical thinking and organizational skills
• Demonstrated coordination, communication (verbal and written), presentation and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated planning ability with demonstrated judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
