Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Enterprise Risk Leader to direct enterprise risk management across the organization, promoting a deep understanding of risk and governance. You will lead the ORSA process, including risk assessment, stress testing, and the annual ORSA report, while preparing dashboards and reports for executives and the Board.

You will monitor risk appetite metrics, KRIs, and emerging risks, and drive risk culture through education and proactive consultation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance or business administration.
• 10 years experience in risk management and consulting or public accounting.
• 5 years leadership experience.
• CRM, CRMA, ARM or CPA credentialing.
• In lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in related field.

• Promote a strong risk culture through education, communication, and consultation.
