Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Sr. Data Specialist - Risk Management to support the Enterprise Risk Management program. You will lead risk projects, develop risk scorecards, and report to ERM committees, working across units to implement risk controls.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor's degree, 5+ years in risk management, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. The role offers a hybrid schedule across major U.S. hubs and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, risk management, or related field.
• 5+ years in risk management; 3+ in financial services.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with three-lines of defense framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management projects as delegated by Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management.
• Maintain and lead the development of Enterprise Risk Scorecards.
• Develop, execute, and report the annual enterprise risk assessment and risk appetite statements.
• Collaborate on KRIs and KRI performance reporting for top enterprise risks.
• Support risk assessments, including RCSAs and GRC updates.
• Create and distribute risk-based reports to management and committees.
• Prepare reporting decks and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards).
• Record risk data in the GRC system and update reports as needed.
