Job summary

Early Warning Services, a trusted U.S. payments innovator, seeks a Sr. Risk Analyst to support the Enterprise Risk Management program from Scottsdale.

You will lead risk projects, develop scorecards, and report on risk assessments and risk appetite with KRIs for governance committees. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years in risk, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Product Development, Legal/Compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
• Typically, 5+ years of progressive risk experience; 3+ in financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, power query) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a formal three-lines of defense program.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks and reporting practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management projects as assigned by the Senior Director.
• Maintain and develop Enterprise Risk Scorecards.
• Develop and report on annual risk assessments, risk appetite statements, and tolerances.
• Collaborate to design KRIs and manage KRI reporting for top risks.
• Coordinate risk assessments, including RCSAs and GRC updates.
• Create and distribute risk-based management reports and deck updates.
