Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience consulting, auditing, or working in the fields of model and data, or risk management.
• 2+ years experience interacting with internal audit or regulators preferred.
• Experience in a second-line or oversight role at a financial institution or regulatory agency preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand CFRM’s strategy and contribute to its evolution; communicate activities effectively.
• Assist in managing engagements, including internal audits affecting CFRM.
• Assist in facilitating risk assessments and related activities to drive outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership to business partners on control enhancements.
• Build understanding of regulatory changes and their impact on CFRM risk management.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate workflows and drive process improvements.
• Analyze data to identify risks and trends for CFRM processes.
• Oversee issue management and track remediation across CFRM governance.
