Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Tech Risk & Analysis to lead cyber risk governance and the enterprise controls program. You will drive end-to-end controls lifecycle, identify automation opportunities, and report risk metrics to ESRO stakeholders in a data-driven way.

The role collaborates across Technology, Cyber, and risk teams to deliver resilient controls, design assessments, and remediation strategies while supporting audits and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• 7+ years in technology, cybersecurity, risk management or related fields.
• Experience with risk governance and control environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end controls lifecycle and Enterprise Control Standards.
• Oversee design assessments for new controls and testing readiness.
• Lead teams to create and update controls that manage risk.
• Assess impact of control changes on processes and records.
• Build metrics on data quality and ensure accuracy in systems.
• Partner with analytics to automate risk management solutions.
• Support content for Internal Audit and regulators; governance reporting.
