Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of risk assessment/consulting in Ocean Marine, Inland Marine, Workers' Compensation, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certification in CIH, CPE, CSP or similar risk-control discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent field presence, spend 20%–50% of time with customers onsite or virtually.
• Conduct highly complex risk evaluations and share findings with underwriting and risk-control partners.
• Educate customers on risk management and influence adoption of recommended changes.
• Mentor and develop junior Risk Control staff and conduct peer reviews of survey reports.
• Attend industry conferences and deliver targeted trainings on discipline-specific topics.
