Old Republic Bitco is seeking a Senior Risk Control Consultant to join our team near Houston, TX. This advanced, client-facing role requires independence, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver practical risk improvements for complex commercial accounts.

You will conduct risk analyses, prepare reports for underwriting, and collaborate with branch teams to design service plans and safety programs that reduce losses and strengthen risk management across our diversified portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a Risk Control Consultant/Loss Control Consultant in commercial sectors.
• CSP/ARM certification preferred; or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates risk control and safety situations for current and prospective accounts.
• Identifies priorities for service and recommends risk improvements.
• Prepares reports to customers and underwriting teams with findings and recommendations.
• Advises customers on risk control and safety hazards and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborates with underwriting to inform pricing and retention decisions.
• Develops risk control practices and conducts training for customers and staff.
