Responsibilities

• Completes on-site risk control surveys of policyholders' operations.
• Assesses exposure potential and prepares risk control reports.
• Provides consultation on operations, claims trends, and loss control recommendations.
• Customizes consultative services to address loss drivers and insured needs.
• Collaborates with Risk Control team and subject matter experts on technical questions.
• Communicates findings to underwriting to aid renewal decisions.
• Markets risk control through agency visits and presentations.
• Delivers on-site training and loss control surveys for accounts.
• Develops written recommendations to control hazards and reduce losses.
• Identifies accounts for ongoing or focused short-term service.
• Builds positive relationships with accounts and agents.
• Other duties as assigned.
