Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes on-site risk control surveys for policyholders’ operations.
• Assesses exposure potential and communicates results to insured and agents.
• Provides consultation on operations, loss trends, and risk-reduction recommendations.
• Customizes consultative services to meet insureds' service needs and loss drivers.
• Collaborates with risk control team and subject matter experts on complex questions.
• Delivers updates to Underwriting, Sales and Claims to aid renewal decisions.
