ASX Group is seeking a Senior Risk and Compliance professional to lead the second line of defense across divisions. You’ll help embed ERMF, risk culture, policy governance, and incident response into day‑to‑day operations.

You’ll partner with Line 1 and 2 risk teams, engage committees, and influence decisions with credible challenge. The role supports flexible/hybrid working and requires extensive experience in financial services risk and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• 7+ years experience in risk management and regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Senior expertise in risk management concepts, frameworks, and tools.
• Ability to articulate risk and compliance matters to influence risk culture.
• Experience engaging with Division and Enterprise level committees and governance forums.
• Facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Experience improving Operational Risk environments and culture.
