ASX is seeking an accomplished leader to uplift enterprise resilience across business and operational resilience and crisis management. You will shape frameworks, standards and governance to embed resilience in how ASX operates and delivers services.

In this senior role, you will map dependencies, drive regulatory alignment with CPS 230, ASIC MIRs and RBA FSS, and partner with executive teams to embed resilience into change initiatives and reporting to governance forums.

Formación

• 15+ years’ experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or risk in financial services or market infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of CPS 230 and ASIC MIRs, and RBA FSS.
• Experience designing enterprise resilience frameworks, governance models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ongoing uplift of enterprise resilience across business, operational, and crisis management.
• Maintain and enhance resilience frameworks, standards, methodologies and governance.
• Identify critical operations, impact tolerances and resilience priorities.
• Oversee dependency mapping across business operations, technology and third parties.
• Support resilience testing and remediation to strengthen preparedness and recovery.
• Collaborate with executives to embed resilience requirements into change initiatives.
• Prepare governance materials and regulatory responses for senior management.
