Job summary

ASX Limited is seeking a Senior Risk Governance Officer to support governance processes, manage committee reporting, minutes and terms of reference, and coordinate management reporting from the risk division. This 24-month contract role reports to the risk governance manager and is central to ASX's risk framework and transformation.

You will engage with executive leadership, build strong internal relationships, and help deliver robust governance across ASX's risk division, with a flexible/hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience in a company secretariat, committee secretariat or risk governance role.
• Experience working with executive or senior leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the risk governance manager in maturing governance practices within ASX’s risk division and across ASX.
• Set up and maintain forward agendas for committees and risk division reporting requirements.
• Prepare agendas and packs, with clear minutes for executive, board and regulator audiences.
• Review and maintain committee Terms of Reference.
• Manage and report on actions from relevant committees.
• Support execution of risk governance streams as part of the risk transformation program.
