ASX is powering Australia's financial markets and operates as a trusted market operator with a strong brand. The Line 1 Risk and Compliance Manager role sits in the Risk division, coordinating risk and compliance activities and embedding risk practices across the business.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead assessments, advise on control improvements, and contribute to regulatory reporting. The role offers hybrid working and eligibility for background checks as part of onboarding.

Competenze

• Experience in Line 1 or Line 2 risk within financial services.
• Experience with risk and compliance assessments, control testing, incident management.
• Ability to provide risk advice on large, complex projects.
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly and challenge the status quo.
• Strong relationships and collaboration across teams.
• Effective planning, prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Mature Line 1 Risk and Compliance capability within ASX's Risk Division.
• Advise Risk business units on risk, compliance and control initiatives.
• Lead risk and compliance assessment activities and develop action plans.
• Contribute to Board reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate to embed the Operational Risk Management Frameworks across Risk and ASX.
• Prepare the monthly risk forum packs.
