Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial auto property damage and bodily injury claims is required.
• Minimum of 5 years direct claim team management experience is required.
• Substantial experience with insurance principles and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the claims team to ensure claims are progressing appropriately.
• Analyze historical claim data to develop actionable risk-reduction recommendations.
• Partner with corporate safety, operations, and HR teams to design loss-control programs.
