Job summary

Marsh Risk Analytics Solutions is seeking a Vice President to lead technical peer review of actuarial analyses, oversee client engagements, and translate complex modeling into actionable guidance for executives. You will review analysts' work, ensure quality and timely delivery, and present findings to CFOs and other C-suite leaders.

This role suits an experienced actuary or quantitative professional with strong judgment, coaching skills, and the ability to connect technical results to business

Qualifications

• Six or more years of relevant technical experience in actuarial analysis, statistics, mathematical modeling, data science, risk analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and quantitative modeling with the judgment to evaluate assumptions and reflect limitations.
• Experience reviewing complex analytical work and providing actionable feedback.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to explain concepts to nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own technical peer review on actuarial analyses. Review data, assumptions, methodologies, calculations, model outputs, and client deliverables.
• Identify errors, challenge unsupported assumptions, evaluate reasonableness and reflect limitations.
• Guide actuarial and statistical analysis; oversee Monte Carlo simulations and loss distributions.
• Manage engagements from planning through delivery, coordinating analysts and client teams.
• Present findings to risk managers and executives with clear, decision-oriented messaging.
