Ingram Micro Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to advance the Risk Management function within a fast-paced, global environment.

The role focuses on property and casualty insurance, claims governance, captive readiness, and enterprise risk financing. You will partner with internal teams and brokers to analyze data, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights for renewal readiness and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management or related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts and renewal workflows.
• Ability to translate complex risk information into clear analysis for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support global property and casualty insurance programs: policy review, renewal prep, data collection, coverage analysis, broker coordination.
• Track claims and governance: analyze loss trends, coordinate with brokers and carriers, escalate high-exposure matters.
• Develop risk management reports, dashboards, and analyses: premiums, retained losses, deductibles, losses, and total cost of risk.
• Assist captive insurance feasibility, implementation, governance: data gathering, loss analysis, actuarial coordination.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury, legal, operations, credit, and leadership to gather risk data and support decisions.
• Assist with trade credit insurance administration: exposure tracking, insurer requests, program documentation.
• Analyze policy language and contract risk transfers to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of policies, claims, renewals, certificates, and broker reports.
• Support process improvements to strengthen data integrity and reporting quality.
• Operate with urgency, accuracy, and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
