Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 5+ years in credit/finance/risk or related field; OR HS diploma with 8+ years in credit/financial roles, including 4+ years in credit analyses or risk management.
• Experience evaluating financial information and making credit decisions.
• Proficient in Excel and business systems; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial information, credit reports, and payment history.
• Evaluate and recommend credit limits and terms.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor risk exposure.
• Partner with Sales to support growth while minimizing risk.
• Resolve account, billing, and credit-related issues.
• Review portfolio performance and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and controls.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
