Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Credit Risk professional to analyze customer financials, assess risk, and determine credit limits and terms. You will manage a diverse portfolio, collaborate with Sales to enable growth while controlling risk, and resolve billing and credit-related issues.

The role requires evaluating financial information, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and business systems; hybrid work options are available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Assocaite degree or higher with 5+ years in credit/finance/risk-related field
• High school diploma with 8+ years in relevant experience including 4+ years in credit
• Experience evaluating financial information and making credit decisions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial information, credit reports, and payment history
• Evaluate and recommend credit limits and terms
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor risk exposure
• Partner with Sales to support growth while minimizing risk
• Resolve account, billing, and credit-related issues
• Review portfolio performance and recommend process improvements
• Maintain compliance with company policies and controls
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
