Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management or related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts and renewal workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, analysis, and ongoing management of global property and casualty insurance programs.
• Assist with complex claims governance, track developments, and analyze loss trends.
• Develop and maintain risk management reports, dashboards, and analyses of premiums and losses.
• Support captive insurance feasibility, implementation, and governance through data gathering and actuarial coordination.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury, legal, operations, credit, and leadership to gather risk data.
• Assist with trade credit insurance administration and coordination with internal teams.
• Analyze policy language, endorsements, and contracts to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of policies, claims, renewals, certificates, and related materials.
• Support process improvement to strengthen data integrity and reporting quality.
• Operate with urgency and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
