This global role demands experience across insurance programs, claims governance, and enterprise risk financing, with exposure to captive structures and credit risk. The successful candidate will analyze loss trends, develop dashboards, coordinate with brokers and carriers, and partner with finance, treasury, legal, and business leadership to inform decisions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management or related technical business environment.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty concepts, claims processes, exposure data, policy documentation, deductibles, retentions, and renewal workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets and prepare executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage global property and casualty insurance programs and renewal preparation.
• Develop risk reports, dashboards, and analyses on premiums, losses, and cost of risk.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and credits teams to inform decisions.
