Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or CIA designation required.
• 12+ years in risk advisory, internal/external audit, or related areas.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience and mentoring.
• Proven track record building and growing risk advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with focus on exceptional client service.
• Identify and manage financial and operational risks within client systems.
• Lead new business development and pursue risk advisory opportunities.
• Produce executive summaries and reports in line with audit methodologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and delivering value.
• Lead presentations to internal and external audiences.
