Job summary

Artex is seeking an Associate Director, Risk Advisory to provide outsourced risk management and claims oversight for a diverse client portfolio. You will optimize Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) through data analysis, program administration, and strategic risk initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in claims handling or risk management, with experience across workers' comp, auto, GL, and property. Strong analytical, client-focused, and project-management skills are required in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Insurance, Finance or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in claims handling, risk management, insurance brokerage, or related field.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation, Auto Liability, General Liability, Property, and related lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery of exceptional service.
• Serve as trusted advisor on claims management and risk program performance.
• Participate in client meetings, stewardship reviews, and renewal planning discussions.
• Assist in achieving client risk management objectives and program outcomes.
• Analyze claims, exposure, and loss data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for clients.
• Coordinate with brokers, TPAs, carriers, and vendors to monitor performance.
• Support contract reviews and vendor management initiatives.
• Assist with client onboarding, renewals, and documentation management.
