Artex is seeking an Account Executive, Captive Solutions to originate and develop new business by delivering customized risk solutions to mid-to-large clients. You will act as a consultative advisor, building broker networks and managing relationships with executives and boards.

The role emphasizes broker development, opportunity generation, and strategic selling, with collaboration across actuarial, underwriting, and consulting teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing sales experience in insurance, risk management, or related advisory environments.
• Experience building broker relationships and driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new business opportunities with brokers and clients through captive and alternative risk solutions.
• Advise clients on captive structures, risk financing strategies, and program design.
• Lead executive-level presentations and build trusted advisor relationships.
