Job summary

Datavant seeks a Senior Project Analyst to build pacing trackers, forecast capacity, and partner with Finance to plan staffing across vendor-driven projects. You will design real-time dashboards and identify risks to keep leadership informed and enable data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with project managers, vendor management, and finance to align assumptions, monitor progress, and continuously improve tracking accuracy while supporting travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years in project analytics or similar role.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling.
• Experience with BI tools Sigma/Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• Forecasting or capacity planning modelling experience.
• Experience partnering with FP&A on headcount/capacity modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pacing trackers by vendor and project.
• Develop forecasting models for volume, timelines and staffing.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount and downtime planning.
• Design dashboards for leadership with real-time visibility.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks and risks in vendor performance.
• Support scenario planning for staffing decisions.
• Present findings to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain forecasting methodologies and data sources.
• Track project risk indicators and variances.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
