Job summary

Datavant is a data collaboration platform serving healthcare organizations, enabling secure and accessible health data. The Senior Project Analyst will build pacing trackers, forecast capacity, and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with real-time insights into project health and vendor performance.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and project teams to model headcount, downtime, and staffing scenarios, while improving forecasting methodologies and maintaining data integrity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or minimum five years in related analytics role.
Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivots, modeling.
Experience with BI tools (Sigma/Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
Demonstrated forecasting and capacity planning experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain pacing trackers by vendor and milestones.
Develop multi-platform forecasting models for volume, timelines, and resources.
Partner with Finance for capacity planning, headcount, and downtime planning.
Design dashboards (Excel, Sigma or similar) for real-time leadership visibility.
Identify trends, bottlenecks, risks in vendor performance and act.
