Datavant, a health data collaboration platform, seeks a Senior Project Analyst to build pacing trackers, forecast capacity, and partner with Finance on headcount planning. You will design dashboards, monitor vendor performance, and drive data-driven insights for leadership in a remote-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, scenario planning, and continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling.
• Experience with BI tools (Sigma/Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Experience building forecasting and capacity planning models.
• Experience partnering with Finance/FP&A on headcount modeling.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to present to leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, team environment.
• Flexible scheduling to meet needs.
• Ability to analyze data to identify root causes of variances.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of data security practices.
• Experience with risk adjustment preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• PM certification preferred (PMP/CAPM).
• SQL or data querying experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain pacing trackers for vendor-based projects.
• Develop forecasting models for volume, timelines, and staffing.
• Collaborate with Finance on capacity planning and downtime.
• Design dashboards/reports to provide real-time leadership visibility.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and recommend actions.
• Support scenario planning for staffing decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendor management, and finance.
• Improve tracking methodologies and forecasting accuracy.
• Analyze vendor throughput vs forecast and flag variances.
• Document forecasting methodologies and data sources.
• Present pacing, forecasting, and capacity findings to leadership.
• Support headcount/staffing reviews with Finance/Operations.
• Monitor downtime and incorporate into models.
• Maintain data integrity across pacing and capacity tools.
• Help develop standardized reporting templates.
• Assist ad hoc finance/operations requests.
• Track project risk indicators and escalate concerns.
• Contribute to process improvements in tracking/forecasting.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
