Responsibilities

• Independently prepares conceptual lift and transport studies.
• Prepares technical specifications for bid packages and assesses subcontractor bids.
• Develops rigging training materials and conducts training sessions.
• Ensures compliance with rigging plans and safety standards on site.
• Reviews and approves lift and transport plans with Bechtel CRE or coordinates approvals.
