Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals.

• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required for some positions.
• Willing to learn and follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test rigging materials for safety and reliability.
• Align, level, and anchor machinery or equipment.
• Use hand and/or power tools to attach loads to rigging and prepare for moving.
• Select appropriate gear (cables, pulleys, winches) based on load specs.
• Communicate signals with workers during hoisting and moving loads.
• Move heavy equipment using rigging lines and hoists.
