Job summary

Lindt USA seeks a Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst, Customer Planning, to lead forecasting, customer planning, and promotional optimization for Walmart and Club accounts. This role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Category and Marketing to drive profitable growth from pricing to portfolio mix.

The position is hybrid, with three days/week at the Stratham, NH office, and involves developing analytics, tools, and training for the RGM team to improve forecasting accuracy and promotional

Responsibilities

• Own and manage bottom-up, consumption-based customer plans for select accounts.
• Partner with Sales on customer strategies and promotional plans.
• Provide training to Sales on promotional planning and changes.
• Develop tools and KPIs for top customers and track promo effectiveness.
