U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned writer to prepare RFP responses, pricing proposals, and various external documents under tight deadlines. The role coordinates with sales and relationship managers to align proposals with sales strategies and product information.

The ideal candidate has strong writing/editing skills and the ability to lead content development across multiple business lines, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of business writing experience in sales support, proposal generation, marketing, communications, publishing or print media.

Responsibilities

• Write responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) under strict deadlines.
• Create pricing proposals, standard program proposals and ad hoc documents for external clients.
• Coordinate projects with sales representatives and relationship managers in field offices.
• Integrate pricing into formal proposal documents with other teams to tailor proposals to sales strategy.
