Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to craft responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) under tight deadlines and develop pricing proposals for external clients. You will coordinate with sales, relationship managers, product, and marketing to tailor proposals to the sales strategy and client needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of business writing experience in sales support, proposal generation, and communications, with excellent editing and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of business writing in sales support, proposal generation, marketing or related fields.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to lead proposal content development and coordinate across teams.
• Ability to gather technical information and convert it into clear proposals.

Responsibilities

• Write responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) under tight deadlines.
• Create pricing proposals and standard program proposals for external clients.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and relationship managers in field offices.
