Job summary

Ethos, a leading AI lab collaborator, is seeking seasoned bid managers to train their language model on professional presentation tasks. You will craft and refine AI-generated slides, RFP responses, and executive summaries while shaping win themes and compliance materials.

This flexible, remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start, concentrating on high-quality, detail-oriented slide work and clear, persuasive writing for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of successful bids won with oral deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, oral presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume only slides.
