Avery Dennison is seeking a Senior NA Strategic IL Account Manager to lead RFID-focused global accounts headquartered in North America and drive loyalty and growth. You will manage senior-level relationships, collaborate across Global IL, NA Materials, and Solutions Group, and leverage the full Avery Dennison portfolio to maximize share.

The role requires strong RFID technical acumen, multi-year strategic planning, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RFID sales and/or business development experience.
• Experience with System Integrators, Service Bureaus, converters, and end-user ecosystems preferred.
• Expertise in complex negotiations and value-based selling to drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Achieve growth targets and expand market share within IL Focused Key Accounts.
• Identify high-value opportunities to build a robust RFID pipeline.
• Cultivate C-suite relationships to position Avery Dennison as a strategic partner.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and high-stakes business reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PLM, and Market Development teams to maximize program revenue.
