Avery Dennison is seeking a senior sales leader to manage Strategic Global RFID channel accounts headquartered in North America. You will maintain high-level relationships to grow Avery Dennison loyalty and collaboration, driving global share and RFID inlay sales growth.

The role emphasizes expanding the customer base, guiding negotiations, and delivering value-based RFID solutions to end-user ecosystems through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RFID sales or business development experience.
• Deep understanding of RFID technology and ecosystems including System Integrators, Service Bureaus, converters, and end-users.
• Proven track record of exceeding individual commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth targets and expand market share within assigned IL Focused Key Accounts through direct account management.
• Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities to ensure a robust RFID pipeline and drive sales excellence.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and high-stakes business reviews, ensuring profitable growth and long-term customer retention.
